| Eyal Mehaber – President and CEO |

Mr. Mehaber
possesses over 20 years experience in real estate, stock trading,
currency and business finance. In his current capacity as president and
CEO of Coastline Management Group Inc., he has successfully identified,
acquired and developed numerous real estate opportunities focusing on
office buildings, apartment buildings, retail centers, subdivided lots,
luxury town homes and condominium conversions. Mr. Mehaber’s ability to
identify and rehabilitate undervalued properties has resulted in the
successful acquisition and completion of 30 projects within the last
five years that has produced investor return rates between 125-150%.
His most recent project portfolio includes 275 apartment unit
conversions, 168 condominium unit conversions, four office plaza
developments with 110,000 square feet, three retail center developments
with 175,000 square feet, four residential developments with over
55,000 square feet and two plotted |
| subdivided lots with over 640 acres. Prior to
his current business venture, Mr. Mehaber spent six years as a
Commercial Real Estate Sales Representative for Capital Commercial
Group Inc. where he was responsible for selling over $100 million in
commercial real estate and was recognized as the Newcomer of the Year
in 1998, as a Top Listing Agent from 1998 to 2003 and as a Top Earning
Agent from 1999 to 2003.Subsequent to his experiences with Coastline
Management Group Inc. and Capital Commercial Group Inc., Mr. Mehaber
was successful in conceiving and executing startup business plans for
Tower Copy and Graphics located in New York, NY. In this privately held
business venture, Mr. Mehaber established a chain of offset-printing
stores throughout New York City and he negotiated the sale of the
company to outside investors allowing him to pursue his current real
estate development interests. |

| Felice Mehaber – Vice President |

Mrs. Felice
Mehaber holds a degree in Business Administration / Management from
St.
John University in New York and she is an alumnus of the Chase Bank
Management Training Program.Mrs. Mehaber possesses ten years experience
in banking, finance, currency and stock trading, property acquisition
and property management with additional expertise in land acquisition,
asset management, financial sourcing, equity/joint venture arrangements
and sales/marketing.This diverse background, along with her extensive
real estate knowledge, gives her the ability to conceptualize
prospective investment opportunities, close agreements and maximize
investor returns. Prior to
forming Coastline Management Group, Inc., she spent five years as a
Senior Realtor for one of Florida’s largest commercial real estate
organizations where she established a successful track record of
negotiating and finalizing multi-million dollar purchase/sales contracts. This experience has been essential to her success at
Coastline Management Group. |

| Geoff Zelcer - Director of Property Management & Leasing |

Geoff Zelcer brings many years of commercial real estate experience to Coastline. His experience began as an assistant to a sales associate at a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage company in New York City. At that time, Geoff began his analysis of commercial real estate investments and assisted in the sales and underwriting of over $50 million in commercial real estate investment properties. Since moving to South Florida in 2005 and prior to joining Coastline, Geoff was involved in the property management and leasing of 10 shopping plazas in the South Florida market. He was responsible for overseeing an annual budget of over $3 million comprised of over 400,000 rentable square feet. In addition, he was directly responsible for procuring 24 new tenants representing over $420,000 in annual rental revenue. | Geoff is responsible for an annual operating budget of over $2 million comprised of over 300,000 rentable square feet nationwide. As director of leasing, Geoff has been directly responsible for procuring 41 new tenants to Coastline's South Florida portfolio representing over $450,000 in annual rental revenue. In addition to directing the property management and leasing divisions of Coastline, Geoff has performed the underwriting & due diligence of over $30 million in commercial real estate assets nationwide that have been added to Coastline's portfolio. As Coastline continues to grow, Geoff's property analysis and due diligence responsibilities have increased and are essential for all future Coastline acquisitions and joint venture partnerships.
Geoff was born in Brooklyn, NY and currently resides in Miami Beach. He is a graduate of Queens College in Flushing, New York and speaks Hebrew and Spanish proficiently. In his free time, Geoff enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling, and the many outdoor activities that South Florida has to offer.

Shiva Kumar is the founder and a member of the Board of Directors for CA Infotech India Private Limited. He has served as President and CEO since the company's inception in 2005. Shiva is a proven leader whose entrepreneurial spirit has led him to successfully sustain the high level of competition and market fluctuations. Shiva has been successfully running his operations in various IT enabled services around the globe supporting countries like the United States, United Kingdom, Denmark, Italy, Canada, Switzerland, Sweden, Malaysia and Israel. His Vision is that in 5 Years CA Infotech India Private Limited will be a Billion Dollar Company which delivers the highest quality standard solutions to its customers ranging from smaller to larger corporations. After successful operation of his IT Company and working to achieve his goals, Shiva has accepted the position as the Vice President for the Asia Region for Coastline. | marketing experiences and negotiating skills he is an asset for Coastline in all its joint venture and investment activities. Shiva graduated with an MBA from one of the well known Indian Universities called Madurai Kamarajar University where he specialized in Marketing and Customer Relations. |
